Recruitment from a different angle

After posting hundreds of job openings over the years in recruitment, Ida looks forward to addressing the growing skills gap in Norwegian companies from a slightly different perspective. She shares an observation she’s made:

– Even though most struggle to find people, I could quickly tell whether a job ad would get a good response, she says.

‍

Ida was onto a realization that more and more companies are coming to: If you want to recruit the right talent, you need to work purposefully on building credibility as an employer. She believes companies have a lot to gain from this.

‍

– Those who had made an effort to position themselves as an attractive workplace had a much better chance of succeeding, she says.

‍

It’s exactly this effort she’s now looking forward to working on more actively at K—huset — and more.

‍

– Of course, I’m excited to help companies reach their recruitment goals. In addition, I look forward to learning more about how we can assist companies in sales efforts — both with new and existing customers, she adds.
